I doubt that very much, as mentioned before, it is my writing skills or lack of that tends to confuse people, anyway, as usual BF were very quick to respond. After several Email exchanges all is good, and they answered my questions, and yes when you buy a “Normal priced game it will Automatically add one or more of your GCC to the purchase field”, not to my liking since I would prefer to choose as to whether I want to use it or not.
They also offered a quick workaround to loosing your GCC which was “Buy a credit while still in the purchase field and that will come up to the same…” Oh and in usual Great customer support they gave me a free game coupon to make up for the lost of the free game promotion.
As for them changing that Auto credit system, well easier said than done I suppose.
Still, BF customer support still gets a 9.8 out of 10 in my ratings.
