I bought a game during this past bonus punch weekend. I still haven't received my extra punch. It's been five days since my purchase. Is it normal for it to take this long?

I child-proofed my home... but they're still getting in!

What Big Fish says about this is the following:

Quote:
The bonus punch earned from this promotion will be awarded within 24-48 hours of purchase, but please allow up to 5 days after purchase to receive your bonus punch.

So, I'd advise you to write/chat with them about this so that they can make sure you are awarded your bonus punch. wave

No it's not normal. They say it might take 2 days, not 5.

They didn't give me my punch either, and it's been over a week. I bought a CE, so I know I didn't use a punch credit to buy it.

If you think it's worth the effort, you can email them about it. Good luck.

I would say that it's totally worth the effort! If you earned the credit, then Big Fish has the obligation to give you the extra punch on your card. I wouldn't hesitate to email them. Their customer service is still quite outstanding! grin

The best math you can learn is how to calculate the future cost of current decisions.

Thanks everyone. I'll see if I can straighten it out in a chat tomorrow. Hope you get your punch too Jenny!
