i upgrade to intenet explorer9 and when i did that i lost my password and i cant remember what it was as i never made note of it so is theier a way that i can reset it thank you dianne

Are you asking about GB password?

If so, go to top of the page and click on My Place.
Select edit profile.
Enter the new password you want - twice.
Click on the submit button at bottom of page.
