My prayers and positive thoughts for all those who are in Sandy's path. I especially pray for the first responders who are out in Sandy's way ready to come to the aid of those in need. They are putting their own lives at risk for the sake of others. We have one of our own out there.

I do hope that everyone is taking all necessary precautions. This is going to be a rough ride. We should be okay but the winds have picked up and sounding scary. Sandy is still south of NYC.

Stay safe on the East Coast!!!!

This storm is making me nervous: they say it could be the worst we've ever had.
It's windy now, and supposed to get worse as the day progresses.
I think it's not IF we lose power, it is WHEN and for how LONG we do.

Keep us all in your thoughts; this is going to be a rough 2 days. : (

I've got my chocolate ready and am brewing a cup of coffee while I still can: don't want to go into caffeine withdrawal! duh
