Thank you, Marian. You're such a sweetie. Got a response from Tech Support today, but don't have time to do the recommended troubleshooting. Will give it a try after the weekend. I was given the option to request a refund if I wasn't willing to spend the time to troubleshoot. I was 1/3 way through the game, so hate to just dump it. Will let you know.
