For every proverb saying one thing, sometimes there's another proverb saying the opposite. If there's one thing these Proverbial Opposites prove it's that "It's a poor rule that won't work both ways!" Find the Proverbial Opposite of a maxim below. = 1. Fine feathers do not make fine birds = 2. Many hands make light work = 3. Enough is as good as a feast = 4. It is never too late to mend = 5. Hitch your wagon to a star = 6. Out of sight, out of mind = 7. Nothing ventured, nothing gained = 8. The best things in life are free = 9. Poverty is no sin = 10. Birds of a feather flock together = 11. Look before you leap = 12. You can't teach an old dog new tricks = 13. Early to bed, and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise

11. He who hesitates is lost.
Sometimes lost is where you need to be. Just because you don't know your direction doesn't mean you don't have one.
