Randy Sluganski former owner of Just Adventure passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2012 after battling lung cancer for 10 years.

Thank you, Randy for your support of adventure games since its inception.

I'd been wondering how Randy was doing.
I'll miss his reviews and sense of humor.

I used Just Adventure for years. He will be sorely missed.

So very sad. When I first starting playing adventure games, I would always check out Randy's reviews to guide me to the best games. They were well written, very informative and often quite humorous. Now he is onto the ultimate adventure. My prayers for his family and those he left behind.

His reviews and editorials made me laugh so many times! I will miss him.

Randy was extremely helpful when I started making games. We maintained sporadic contact through the years, and he was always cheerful and VERY funny despite his constant battling with his disease.

I hadn't heard from him in a long time, and expected the worst.

The adventure gaming community will not be the same without him.

Sorry to loose another great gamer friend. Thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.

This is terrible news. I have thought of him occasionally and wondered how he was doing. My heart goes out to his family, and also his adventure/game family.

Did not know he was sick-used his site many times over the years-he was a great help to the adventure genre-he will be missed-my thoughts and prayers and condolences to his family.

Justadventure was my most visited site after discovering Myst many
years ago. His reviews pointed me to so many great adventure games.
I'll miss him.

Very sad. He was very generous and trusting when we partnered together on the JA+ store. Nice guy and I will always remember the lunch we shared at E3 one year. RIP Randy.

How sad. Justadventure was a site I visited on and off for his reviews for years. His writings were wonderful.
