Fill in the diagram using the clues below. Each space contains a single digit. The answer to each Outward clue is a two-digit number to be entered outward from the center. The answer to each clockwise clue is a three-digit number to be entered in a clockwise direction. There are no zeroes in the puzzle. Those numbers that can be determined by other clues are not mentioned. Note: a perfect square is the product of a number multiplied by itself.

OUTWARD

1-9 A perfect square, reversed
2-10 Each digit is a prime number
3-11 Consecutive digits in some order
4-12 One digit is the square of the other digit
5-13 Each digit is a different multiple of 4
6-14 One digit is three times the other digit
7-15 Consecutive odd digits in some order
8-16 Consecutive digits in some order

CLOCKWISE

1-3 Consecutive digits in some order
3-5 The first digit is the sum of the other two digits
5-7 Consecutive digits in some order
7-1 Each digit is a different multiple of three
9-11 The last digit is the product of the first two digits
11-13 The first digit is greater than the second digit but less than the third digit
13-15 The second digit is even
15-9 The second digit is the sum of the other two digits

The moon is actually more useful than the sun since the moon gives us light at night when it's dark. The sun only gives us light during the day when it's already bright out.
