S.) -B. 3 = F. in a Y. -C. 4 = Y. in an O. -D. 5 = M. B. in "J. and the B." -E. 7 = P. for B. in S. -F. 8 = D. in H. -G. 12 = L. of H. -H. 14 = O. by G. and S. -I. 21 = S. on a D. -J. 48 = C. in a P. D. -K. 200 = M. in a C. -L. 1959 = B. H. D
