A snake word is made up of 2 words with the letters alternated. Example:(Word 1-Not wet) snaked with (Word 2-3rd person singular pronoun) = DiRtY or DRY snaked around IT. Snake words may be closed (odd number of letters) or open (even number).

-1.What is the closed snake word? Word 1 - Sever. Word 2 - Conjunction indicating a choice. 5 letters

-2.What is the open snake word? Word 1 - The seeker in hide and seek. Word 2 - opposite of yes. 4

-3.What is the closed snake word? Word 1 - Musical engagement. Word 2 - Not off. 5

-4.What is the open snake word? Word 1 - Short for an election candidate or expert. Word 2 - A lyric poem. 6 p----e

-5.What is the closed snake word? Word 1 - Item for serving food. Word 2 - Not cold. 7

6.What is the closed snake word? Word 1 - Fruit core. Word 2 - Article before words starting with a vowel. 5 p---t

-7.What is the open snake word? Word 1 - Sea eagle. Word 2 - Filthy rodent. 6 e----t

-8.What is the closed snake word? Word 1 - Rectangular game item, usually made of paper. Word 2 - Hurry. 7 past tense

-9.What is the open snake word? Word 1 - Footwear. Word 2 - Not hot. 8 past tense

-10.What is the closed snake word? Word 1 - Yiddish slang for a non-Jew. Word 2 - Preposition indicating origin or reason. 5 g---y
