Hi:
Just installed this game (took well over an hour to do) & am having a bit of trouble. Perhaps you can help me.
Started up the game & everyones sentences are duplicated.
Printed out MaG's revised March 2012 w/t & it says (second problem) that if the game screen is too big (which it is due to the fact that I cannot reach on the left to the Power icon where you can quit the game), the resolution needs to be adjusted & is "found in the installed Yesterday game folder."
Please explain to this simpleton 'what is the game folder'? I feel so simple-minded.....
Look forward to your reply & have a nice weekend.

El

There may be a shortcut to the resolution adjuster in the Start\Programs menu near the shortcut to the game exe. I don't know since I don't have the game. But if it's there, that would be the easiest way to get to it.

The game probably installed in C:\Program Files (or C:\Program Files(x86) if you have 64bit Windows). You can find out where it is for sure by right-clicking the game's shortcut on the Desktop and choosing Properties. The path will be listed on the first or 2nd tab.

If you don't know how to use Windows Explorer to browse to a game folder, you should probably watch a few videos to see how Windows Explorer works. Here's one, not necessarily the best one.

Thanks, did not realize all I had to do is go to Properties. Game works so-so now, I'll weather thru it, but I do have one more question that I think should be posted under Hints, but not sure, so here goes.
I'm in beginning of game & in train station & see the stuck suitcase under the stairs. I have to use the cable on it. My problem is that no matter how I click on the suitcase then click on the cable in inventory (or vice versa), I cannot seem to get that cable to attach itself like it's suppose to do to the suitcase.
Does anyoneout there know what I'm doing wrong?
W/t instructs on how to combine items in inventory & "on another item on the game screen" of which I am doing, but nothing is happening.
I eagerly await help........

El,

Post at Hints forum for any help on this problem. You are at Glitches forum right now.

Anyhow - there are 2 hotspots close together close to the suitcase - be sure that you are using the correct one.

Thank you MaG.
In the future, I will go to Hints as I suspected I should have done in the first place.
