Well, I was here this morning but I think I got distracted and didn't submit the post.

I had a long hike with the dogs this morning, they are sleeping now and dreaming of the deers they couldn't catch.

I am off to the mall with Peter to finish my shopping now. Catch you all later!

Spent all morning trying to 'fix' my computer. It keeps saying no input from the screen and going blank. Oh well. I will figure it out. I just deleted about 200 BFG's and think that might have cured something. Maybe just an overload of stuff.

AND they are reeealllly starting on the sidewalk project on the street that T's into mine. It's one driveway with away and sometimes people drive down MY driveway thinking it's a continuation of the street. Actually it continues several blocks South. We have a lot of 'broken' streets like that around here.

So they are tearing down the chain link fence of the first house, digging up gas lines, put up permanent signs of NO parking and Road Work from today until February 22nd, etc. Gonna be fun.

Back to my regularly scheduled computer fixing. I'm crossing fingers it's working. Otherwise I will have to enlist the help of my computer guru friend and transfer all my 'stuff' to the computer he gave me last year which is so much better and newer than this one, BUT I love THIS one. Sigh. Crossing fingers!

Wow, it's supposed to be in the 30's tonight. I was freezing and then realized that the windows were still open from all the warm weather.

Daughter drama continues. Perhaps it's time to turn to chocolate!

Ana, you didn't miss my b'day. It's in a couple of weeks but we don't do big birthdays anymore. It's fun to just grab hubby and go buy the big ticket item I want....no stress, no fuss.

L4L, I just did the same and bought myself a new awesome top and told hubby happy birthday to me when he came home. My closet is still so empty. I wear mostly Peters old clothes around the house.
