have a new computer and now that Yahoo has changed their email format I can't send or reply to any emails. Any ideas on what the problem might be? I have Norton antivirus.

Are you using an email client (like Windows Live) or is it Browser bassed?

My own seems to be working file at: mail.yahoo.com

Do you have an email account through your server or directly with Yahoo? For example, my server is AT&T and the email account is pop.att.yahoo.com to receive and smtp.att.yahoo.com to send.
InlandAZ seems to have a direct account with Yahoo rather than through his Internet server.

The point being that you need to adjust your email client correctly and we need to know some details on this to advise you.

I think it's browser based somehow because I switched to Google chrome and it works fine when i go in using that. But when I use IE9 I can get into my email but there are no arrows for sending or forwarding or deleting mail. My server is comcast and my email is yahoo.com.

A couple of things to try -

You may have changed one of IE's default settings. Try clicking Tools, Internet Settings, Advanced and press the Restore Default settings button.

It could also be an Add-On that's causing the issue. Click Start All Programs, Accessories, System Tools and start Internet Explorer (No Add-Ons).

Thanks inlandaz. That worked. I so value your opinion and I appreciate all the help you've given to me over the years.
Merry Christmas to you
