Using Pandora's first one: II * VII = XIV
Move one match (or line) on both sides of the = sign and end up with a new correct equation. "Move" does not mean throw away: simply means rearrange as you see fit: like, X can become a V by moving one line...

Day#1 clue: one of the I's is "moved" such that it become a division sign: / As example: XXIII(23) changed to XX/II(10)

I was looking for: I * VI-I = X-V
There's another one, but a bit of a stretcher: (i represent a line placed vertically but lower) I * iVII = iXV 1 * 1^7 = 1^15
