I'm back to bug you guys again..
The whole little pallawa with the burnt out VRAM ended up in me upgrading my GPU to a GTX 660 ti, and now it's just my horrible old WD conventional HD that is holding my system back from a 7.6 Windows rating, to a nasty old 5.9 rating, and anyway, i really really can't handle working with such a slow system anymore, so i've decided to go the SSD route.
Now i need to decide between an OCZ Vertex 3 240 Gb and a Vertex 4 120 Gig.
The bench comparison is here. http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/352?vs=627
Only, i'm not sure how to read it. How important is read times and write times, and random whatever times? Which one will help make my apps like Word and Sigil and Drawing/painting apps and Frapps and 2 or 3 browsers at a time (and VERY importantly Windows Explorer) etc etc being all open and working, matter less, (and help them work faster) and what will influence game loading times?
I use a lot of apps at a time, and i play games like Witcher 2 and Risen 2, both which of present with really slow load times currently.
Honestly, i can go make a cuppa while Witcher 2 loads. At first i thought the game was broken or something, but no, it's just my slow hd.
Oh, here are my current specs:

My mobo is a http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/P8P67/
It does support SATA 3.
Now, let's imagine the price of the product is not an object- which SSD do i choose? The bigger but rather slower Vertex 3 (the question is- how much slower for my purposes) or the smaller Vertex 4?
Help will be much appreciated.
