I recently bought an IPad and have played Machinarium. I'm also halfway through The Room. I am stunned by the clarity of the images and the 'fun' value of both games. Given the requirements of small but highly detailed graphics and fairly simple "Hot Spot" locations (Because of the small screen), does antone have any other suggestions for games for an IPad?

Note; URU and Syberia are still my two favorite games of all time, but I don't wish to play games of that ilk on a rather small screen.

If all the people were heroes, there would be no one to watch the parades.

I haven't played any games on the Ipad but a quick google of "Ipad Adventure Games" brought up a lot of reputable review sites listing all kinds so if you don't get any first hand opinions you might want to trry that.

Hope someone who is playing on one can answer for you.

We have released "Sherlock Holmes the Awakened" on Ipad in Ireland only, it will be released early february in the rest of the world, I'm curious about traditionnal players reaction, as well as Ipad players.

Do a search in the App Store for Cyan and Microid games. There are a lot of goodies available for the iPad. I wish I had known these were all going to be available - I would have purchased an iPad with a larger HD. I have the 16GB; I wish I had the 32GB.I haven't run out of space yet, but I might in the near future.

thehood,

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab Note 10.1 and love playing games on it. The PC version of SH The Awakened was great and I hope that your will release a version for Android tablets too.

Thanks for the link, Jenny. I didn't know you could add external storage to an iPad. I've had my iPad for less than a year and I'm not planning to buy a new one in the near future.

Those who played the Agon adventures might remember the traditional board games they feature. These are iPad board games from the same developer (Private Moon Studios). Great graphics and music by Agon's game designer. Easy to learn and you improve quickly smile
