My direct neighbors house went up for sale this morning. Not pleased...I had nice quiet neighbors and now it's up for grabs again.

Good morning....errr....afternoon. Good thing the Skymonkey woke me up to go out. Otherwise, I might have slept around the clock.

South Al has temps in the 70's today while North Al has a freezing rain warning out. You guys in that bitter cold wrap up and stay warm.

Son's back is very sore after all that staining yesterday so he might wait til next week to do the 2nd bed. We have a really busy weekend coming up. We might get one bed up but I doubt there will be time to get them both done so there is no hurry to get the 2nd one stained today.

Took an emergency trip to Walmart in Giddings this AM with a bunch of money for my credit card and put the pedal to the metal and how. I knew the balance was low but not that much(or less).

My new kitty is still here and becomming most friendly. She's probably a girl but her name will still be Schemer. Maybe Schemer is a girl, who knows. Or I could call her Ocheeva. she's a girl.

The weather is so lovely here, there's planting fever is the air. OhOh and Devil May Cry 5 just arrived too. -so much to do. I plan to order some new PC acton games -any suggestions?

This Asus cmptr is a luxury compared to the old one. It's a shame a certain company put out a product like that old cmptr was.

Anyway the rest of the day will be funzzy. So all not feeling too well, I wish you the best and stay warm you yankees and be kind to your pets and adopt a pet and a wild animal andand....

Okay, too funny. We are having "Rhoda's Chicken" for supper tonight. The Per declared "The Road Chicken is good." So, it shall forever be renamed.

Road chicken...okay... Yep, kids do say the darndest things.

Ana, "Rhoda" is my MIL's stepmother. We had one of her chicken recipes at Mil's years ago. Super easy and yummy. I'm sure Rhoda's Chicken is not the actual name of the recipe, but it is the only name we knew. Now and forevermore it will be Road Chicken.

A new tradition is born. I am sure they'll be cooking it as adults and calling it Road Chicken.

Now that made me laugh. Road Chicken. OK. Hey Trippy Good to see you here my friend. Is it as cold there as it is here? It was 9 this morning. Bit warmer now....it's about 24. I'm cold. I kept having to apologize to my client that my hands are so cold. I don't think I ever warmed up today. Work in the morning. Back in the deep freeze. Oh well. It is winter. I think we got spoiled last winter. It was so mild all winter.

I think I'll get under my warm, cozy blankets in bed. Have a good night all. See you in the morning.

After temps in the teen for umpteen days, today it reached 42. Wonderful and the dogs totally enjoyed it. Did hear we're supposed to have another cold spell moving in.

L4L, dogs were so bored with the cold temps; I'd play with them for awhile inside, but they kept going and going and going, just like the energizer bunny.

I has clouded up and been snowing all evening! That means warmer temps! They are talking 3-6 inches. Temp at a +5 which is the high for the day!
