I just finished this game and all I can say is "Wow!" I loved the game, from beginning to end. It is a long game (at least for me it was) and had many different areas to discover and deal with. What I really appreciated was the music! Many times the music in games is so annoying, I'll turn the volume down, but this one had music that almost reminded me of some of the music in Zork Nemesis and Myst: somber, sometimes sad, sometimes threatening, very in keeping with the subject of the game.

I see there is another "1000 Doors" game which I have not played yet. I'm not sure if that one came before Family Secrets, but I hope it's as good!
Just my opinion.

I'm happy to hear you liked the game so much, Mary. The other House of 1000 Doors, The Palm of Zoroaster, is the second game in the series. wave

You will not be disappointed with the other, just as good and replayable in my books.
