Hey, gameboomers! wave

I have a question!

Does anyone get dizzy
playing this game? I
began playing it for
the first time a few
minutes ago and I felt
as though I was on a
merry-go-round! I became
so dizzy and nauseated I
had to stop!!

I know the curser in the
game doesn't move, only
the screen. Is this the
only way the game can be
played? hardwall

Can someone answer this
for me?

Thanks, gang! help

Aser

Hi Aser,

Yes, this is one that carries full 360 panning. Quite a number of gamers suffer from motion sickness with such a camera device. sick It's the only way the game can be played, but you might be able to slow the mouse movement down somewhat from your Options menu? Might be worth a look to see if it's possible. Other than that, it might help to look away from the screen when you're turning around. (I've read of gamers who take motion sickness pills or wear special bracelets that enable them to play these types of games without any (or at least reduced) adverse effect.)

I'll move this thread to Discussions, as it's not really hints-related. smile

Yes, the game made me nauseous too. I played it twice, but was careful to look in the distance a lot to let my eyes rest.

I'll certainly check
the Options menu as you
suggested. I really liked
the game from the start!

Thanks for the informa-
tion!!

Try moving your mouse very slowly. If it's uncontrollably sensitive due to the speed of your computer, you can try slowing your mouse speed in Windows Control Panel.
