I didnt know this about Sanddlot - that is very sad when you think you have purchased a game outright, and then you cant play it. I have also purchased games from Sandlot in the past and I dont think I have got around to playing them yet. Does this mean that I have to buy these games again??

If the game is on your computer and activated you can play them. If you never downloaded and activated them you will be unable to. You can contact Digital Chocolate but they closed a lot of their offices, their founder stepped down, and they laid off a large portion of their staff last year so there is less left of the company and they do not respond to emails. I don't think it'll be long before they sell off their rights to these games and maybe they'll be picked up by someone who will take care of the issues. Ana

Hi, Marian!
Even though I can sometimes get a better deal elsewhere, I stick with BFG. They provide excellent customer service and, if I happen to purchase a game that I have problems with, they always give me a coupon for another game if they can't resolve the problem.

I tend to delete games from my hard drive after I have finished them and in the case of these Sandlot games I would therefore be in trouble. Unless you reformatted your drive, the activation information may still be on your computer. I don't know of any games that keep activation information in the game folder anymore. But unless you have some way of reinstalling (for example if you saved the installation file or game folder), you still have a problem.

Yes, I too mostly stick with BFG but I think it was the Campfire Legends game series I purchased from them because BFG did not have them. I now download all my games to an EHD but back in those days, I didn't!
