I bought the episode 2-4 pack, but after I download it, nothing will open it.Any suggestions?

Where did you buy it?
Did you download all the installation files that come with it into the same folder before trying to extract them? If it's more than one file, one of the files should open the rest of them.

When I click on the link it takes about 8 minutes to download. then when I click on open, I get a whole bunch of choices what to open it with. None of them work and are telling me that the publisher is unknown etc etc. I hope you can help. I go into my computer and the downloads are all there, but I can't open them. I had no trouble with part 1.

When you download the file, it should be called
CognitionEpisode2Setup.exe

It should open itself and not be asking what program to open it with. It sounds like the .exe on the end may have been cut off.

Try right-clicking the CognitionEpisode2Setup.exe file and choosing Properties. On the General tab near the top, it should say CognitionEpisode2Setup.exe

If it only says CognitionEpisode2Setup without the .exe on the end, change it so it says CognitionEpisode2Setup.exe
It will ask if you really want to change the name and give some warning about it not working, but go ahead and change the name. Then try running it.

I removed the download link from your email because that's your private link to the download and you aren't supposed to share it with people.

Jenny, you are a lifesaver. I was so fed up yesterday that I didn't want to look at it again. So this morning I tried again and put in the .exe and VOILA!. Thank you so much.
