violett, I suspect you have missed a step that you need to do before you can take the collar off. I kind of remember having that happen to me too. I retraced my steps and found I needed to do something else first. It's been a few years since I played the game, so I don't remember exactly what it was though.
Gardens put to bed for the winter. Time for some gaming!

I was thinking the same thing but really didnt want to back track, but I guess I have no choice. Thanks ------------ Well I went back & redid everything & I am still not able to get the collar.

I don't know Vista but you can do a search for Vampyre and see if that work.
Maybe someone who knows can clue us.

There is more than one possibility.
C:\Users\your user name here\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)
C:\Users\ your User name\AppData\Roaming\Game name folder or publisher name folder
There are probably a few more, depending on the game. You'll just have to look around. If you know the name of the save, you can try what Cathy suggests (do a search). Be sure Vista's search is configured to look everywhere in the user's folder.

Where do I put the saved game file? So that i can open it in my game?
--------- I put them in C:/program files/the adventure company/a vampyre story/game/assets/scripts, but i do not see them when i access the game! What am i doing wrong?
