I don't think necessity is the mother of invention - invention, in my opinion, arises directly from idleness, possibly also from laziness. To save oneself trouble.
Agatha Christie (1890 - 1976), An Autobiography, 1977

Who is Your Role Model for 2013?

This is an honest evaluation of who your Role Model is in 2013.
This is fun. I promise you will laugh when you find the identity of your role model.
I was really surprised to find out the name of my role model.
Don't scroll down yet.
To find the identity of your personal role model, do the mathematics below..
Then scroll down to find your hero or heroine.
It is crazy how accurate this is!

1.) Pick your favourite number between 1 - 9
2.) Multiply by 3
3.) Add 3
4.) Then again multiply by 3... I'll wait if you need a calculator
5.) You'll get a 2 or 3 digit number
6.) Add the digits together

And with that number, see who your ROLE MODEL is from the list below:

1. Einstein
2. Oprah Winfrey
3. Ernest Hemingway
4. Mother Teresa
5. Bill Gates
6. Gandhi
7. Mozart
8. Nelson Mandela
9. Joe Lilley

I know, I know, it's my happy attitude to life. I just have that special effect on people!
P.S. Stop picking different numbers!

Good morning everyboomie. wave

I keep nodding off to sleep already, and why not, it's 11:31. sleep

Work was busy busy busy, and after getting my shower, and eating something, I took some sleep-aid pills, and they are working. lol

I remember always staying up real late watching TV back when I was a youngster. I even stayed up way way late with my kids watching Friday Night Videos when they were little. duh

Now.....I just don't see it as an efficient use of my time. lol

Back then, when I was 10, or later if you will, when I stayed up late, I would get up late as well, which was swell. yes

Now, no matter what time that I go to bed, a little voice inside my head, awakens me, not at 10 or 11 no, but at 7:00 instead. razz

So now, "early to bed" is the catch phrase that allows me to catch more Z's these days. sleep

Have a happy day everyone.

Joe, I'm still naturally a night person and always have been. Can't seem to help it. I think I need some of your current internal clock to rub off on me. lol Hope you got a good night's sleep.

Have a terrific day, Cailyn.

Have a nice day as well, Haroula.

Enjoy your Friday, Gerry.

Hope work and your appointments go well today, Midge.

Sorry to hear about your friend, Connie. sad Hope you have a great lunch!

Have a fantastic Friday, Gail.

Well, it's my third day off in a row, and I'm working on Saturday this week, which is unusual. Luckily, it's not a common thing.

The maintenance people never showed up yesterday, so I'm stuck waiting for them again today. rolleyes I do wish they would show up when they say they're going to. Unfortunately, with Jupiter's condition, he has to be near his litter box, so I can't lock him up while I'm gone. Even if I put the litter box in the room with him - which I always do, of course - he has a tendency to miss and mess up the floor. At least the kitchen floor is more easily cleaned.

Oh, well, that means more gaming today, right? lol

Hope everyone has a great Friday! winter

Good morning y'all.

Snowed during the night but not much. I have been busy this morning. Besides doing my regular Friday morning laundry, I fixed a roast and it is in the oven. This is one of Vince's Christmas presents. He will pick it up after he gets off work. Smells good. I will fix chile for us.

Yesterday, we received a large cabinet we ordered from Amazon and we spent the afternoon putting it together. As it is steel, we put it in the garage just outside the door leading from the dining room. Have put in appliances that are large and taking up cupboard space. Also other kitchen things. Gonna be handy.

Gotta go take care of laundry.

Have a great day.

I decided to lose my voice today. Nothing better to do I guess. I think it's a sinus infection caused by all that dust and dirt the workers are kicking up on the street they are redoing after the new sidewalks. Ugh! Hate not talking. That's the prime remedy for this along with some broad spectrum antibiotics which I luckily had in my medicine cabinet. I'm hoping it will all go away soon.

Warm sunny day here, they say 80's but I am not feeling it. Still wearing a sweatshirt and it's quite comfy. No road work today at all. Probably good for my throat.
WARNING! This person is extremely blonde...please type SLOWLY.
