Thanks for the advice on Potassium! I went to the store to buy some and realized that the 'supplements' contain only 2-3% of the daily requirement. Not worth the money when I can get much more in a banana or even better, pinto beans (which I am currently fixing for tostadas). Wow.

Why waste the money when the foods can do much better. My neighbor looked up the potassium values for a load of food and all of the foods he listed I DON'T eat. Oh my! Rarely eat bananas or orange juice (plays havoc with my tummy), hardly ever eat beans, etc.

So I'm going to buy and concentrate on those foods that I should be eating. Happily, I had just bought some brussel sprouts which I love but are expensive, and they contain loads of potassium. Gotta go cook them up. Then I will see after a week or two if the aches go away. Gonna be fun.

Sorta please check with your doc about all that before you do more harm then good. Too much of somethings is worse then too little. Your water soluble vitamins will flush any extra out but the fat soluble ones remain!

You need a balance of sodium and potassium in your body. that is how you move. The one is on the outside of the cell and the other is on the inside. When they switch places your muscles contract, and when they go back to their oringinal place the muscles relax!!

Night Evelyne sleep well!!

Ana hope the project is moving right along for you!!

Lotus Happy Gaming to you too. lol Spinich also is a good sorce of potassium especially the baby ones.

L4l have fun with the books!! Which side of the 4-20 were you on??? Bet the kids had fun that year though. lol

My10 I hope the head starts to feel better so you can make it to the concert!!

Hi Leeana have a lovely day!!

Life is like a hot bath. It feels good while you’re in it, but the longer you stay in, the more wrinkled you get.

Son is at work and we are off to Bible Study. We'll get home in time to feed the 4-legged monkeys, fold some clothes, swap the dishes, and hit the hay with a book and hope it doesn't hit back. puppy
