If you installed the Sandlot versions of the games before the Big Fish versions, there might be something left over from the Sandlot versions that prevents the Big Fish versions from working properly.

no i installed from my purchase history , but i install big fish version first, then sandlot, should i uninstall sandlot version, to see if it is the problem.
