i could not get out of the game and had to reboot my computer, i didn't see the menu, and could put my name in,.

If you mean the Windows login screen where you type in your password, it should appear when you use Control-Alt-Delete. If it doesn't, maybe I'm misinterpreting your description of the problem.

found. a hidden object adenture game big fish gave us when i start the game it is find, but then i cannot found the menu nor the place to put the name in, sorry about that i should have gave out more info, i forgot the name, of the game.

It looks like there might not be any main menu - I saw a picture that showed "tap to continue: instead of a main menu.

Then you see a cutscene of a wreck.

This seems to be one of those "Free to Play" games and doesn't work the same way as a normal game.

You might ask over at Big Fish. They'd know better than I would, and they need to know if their "Free to Play" games are confusing people.
