Good morning everyone. We worked in the yard all day yesterday. Today shall be a shopping day. We need to find some new bushes to replace some we lost this winter. To all here and all who follow, have a Wonderful Hump day. Joe, I hope you can find the perfect computer with a keyboard you like. I don't care for the keyboard I'm using now either. The one I realy loved died, and you can't get it anymore. I'm hoping I'll get used to this one. Danish, Cereal with Bananas, Omelets, and Cinnamon Buns in the NC. spring

Leanna thank you. You're too kind. smile

It's cold and rainy here once again, and I have much to do, and miles to go before I sleep, and miles to go before I sleep. wink

The sad part is that there won't be any head hunting today. Maybe tomorrow. smirk

Wonderful Wednesday ya'll puppy

It's going to rain, so if I'm going to get the monkeys for a walk, I've gotta get moving. I'd much rather sleep. I'm on my 3rd cup of coffee but I think some evil person has removed all the caffiene cos I'm sure not feeling it.

If my brain ever wakes up today, I will be balancing bank statements.

Daughter called but for some reason, the connection was awful so for all I know, I may have given my blessing for her to marry a goat. I couldn't understand most of what she said, so I just said "Ok" a lot.

Back later wave

Hi Boomers! Haven't been to the Diner for a few as things are getting busy here. I think Spring is somewhere in the vicinity although today is chill and grey and rains are expected again for several more days beginning tomorrow. I am off to plant some potatoes, red and russet and Yukon gold. Then to my Mum's to blow leaves off front patio and more. L4L, you crack me up..Marry a goat???!!!! rotfl To all of you I hope you have a wonderful day and Happy Gaming!!! wave

Good morning and good afternoon. oops I have been moving nonstop today. I am still enjoying my time out of the corner and getting as much off my to-do list as I can.

I ran the dogs this morning and cooked and cleaned, washed the windows on the outside and just finished emptying and cleaning out the refrigerator. It's a beautiful thing to get some things done. yay

Are you all enjoying this fine hump day?

I know how you feel Ana. Went through my list earlier and am now trying out my Ninja Prep Blender...making enchiladas...it did the onions and celery in a blink and also shredded the chicken almost tooo much. I will learn but I am very happy with this tool!! Yes!! yes

OK so if I say something weird, bear with me. I've been 'fixing' my shower all day and have now put 2 coats of that spray on waterproofing goo they advertise on TV that floats a boat with a screen door bottom. Ha.

Started at 8 am, tore off the contact paper, then the aluminum tape edges, and the 10 coats of rubber paint on stuff and then sprayed straight Clorox on everything. Went out for a walk and lunch and bank, then came back and sprayed down the Clorox.

THEN made sure everything was dry dry dry and sprayed a whole can of that 'stuff' on my tiny shower floor. The entire shower is about 2 by 2 1/2 feet. I have a tiny bathroom in a very old house.

So the can says covers 4 to 14 square feet depending on coverage. Ha. Coverage bare minimum takes a whole can for my tiny little spot. So I am now high on Toluene and other horrible smelly, flammable stuff and sprayed another can just now. Waiting for that to dry and I will eventually have 4 coats to be sure everything is sealed.

All windows and doors opened. House stinks, can't make my nose work. All I can smell is Clorox and now the spray rubber stuff. Going outside to sit on my porch swing till the smell goes away.

Ohhhhh. And in the midst of it all, put out my old tenant's water heater and dutifully called the trash company for 'large item pickup' tomorrow. The water heater lasted about 10 minutes before a truck pulled up and a guy 'stole' it. I guess it has copper or something he can recycle and sell. So I had to call the trash company back and tell them not to come. Oh well. Heater is gone anyway. That was the big part.

Headache...going outside!

Sorta, the scavengers love those items. They scour the neighborhoods here all night on garbage day.
I hope you can get the fumes out. Where is kitty throughout this?

Ana, Bubba Kitty is safely in his 'bedroom' away from all the fumes. Lots of open windows there and now I have the ceiling fans going and the fumes are slowly going away out the doors. I think we will both survive. Noticing more and more shrunken grout lines on the main wall in the shower and will have to run some rubbery caulk over them when I can stand on the 'sprayed' area on the shower floor. Gonna be 2 day project no matter how much I want to shower tonight, it's a no go. Sigh. Gonna fix this mess somehow without more damages. Then someday, I'll get rich and be able to redo the bathroom.
