I think I know the answer but, if I'm right, shouldn't:

...1 of the E's in the letter bank be in the outline as a first or last
...there be a B in the outline as first or last, in addition to the one in the letter bank
...there be a total of 3 O's in the letter bank (Haroula placed 1 O)
...there be a Y in the letter bank, in addition to the one in the outline

Or, have the rules changed again? grin
