Thanks Flo, I copied and pasted and can't get the game to run. Going to try your suggestion. Off to try again!

Received my code also, thanks, and will try downloading later today EDIT :I just downloaded the game but it was immediately removed by Norton as a "threat". I'll have to see what can be done, now !!

Hi Received mine today as well, thanks to Ana and Viva. Have downloaded but also had a problem with my AVG security which identified a threat and deleted the file. Now can't access. Will try again later.

I had this problem with AVG in the past, although it involved a physical CD rather than a download. What I had to do to get the game to install and run was to completely remove AVG from my computer, play the game, and then reinstall AVG - not a good solution. There is also a way to tell AVG to put the file that it doesn't like on its list of exceptions and in doing so you can get the game to run anyway, but that's a bit of a hassle just so that you can play a game. What I ultimately ended up doing was to install Avast as my antivirus instead and I haven't encountered this problem since. It will alert you when it encounters what may possibly be a suspicious file, but it lets you decide whether or not you want to proceed. I'm sorry to hear that some of you are having this problem. Antivirus programs are certainly well meaning, but sometimes they can be a pain in this regard. I'm sure this problem will get sorted.

I haven't received my game yet but having read all the trouble other gamers are having I think I might buy it. Richard

I did buy the game and Norton wasn't going to allow it to install. Norton does, however, have an option to override which I did and the game installed. I had a little trouble with the code but it finally was accepted. Now the game will not launch and I have tried everything I can think of but nothing seems to work. I have opened up a ticket with Viva Media, sent them the specs for the machine but have seen other posts out on the internet with similar problems.

I got my email last night and the download, installation and activation were all accomplished without incident. I can't comment on the AVG issue other than to say that I'm using Microsoft Security Essentials, which did not raise any objection to the entire download, installation and activation process. I was able to copy and paste the activation code successfully, but I used an intermediate step in the process. I copied the activation code and pasted it into Notepad, saving it as a text file in the same folder as the downloaded setup file, which did not preserve that highlighting that was in the email. When I ran the game and got the activation screen, I copied the code from the saved text file, and it worked perfectly. Thanks again to Ana and Viva Media for this giveaway.
