All answers are words that can go before or after the word "SPRING" to make a word or phrase such as "spring training". Use the clues to determine answers that could fit within the grid making note of word lengths and letter patterns. Once you've deduced a possible location for your answer, post the answer and the location. The clues to the right are shown in alphabetical order so they aren't next to where they might appear in the grid (unless by chance). The colored RUNS of squares indicate letters that are the same, meaning that those squares that are directly above or below each other and share the same color represent the same letter. One color does not indicate the same letter throughout the puzzle. Gray squares are not part of the answers. Mileage may vary due to solving speed. See the Blank Puzzle I added the answer lengths to the clues... See What's Been Answered

manxman, that's a hit! Try again, Curly Flo, two good word solutions but they're in the wrong place.

Sondi, you snuck in there before I could post some hints. Two good answers! Added the answer lengths to the rest of the clues.
