About Ghost Watch

Ghost Watch is an experiment. A live paranormal investigation involving 'you'.

We have set up several 'Remote Nite-Vision Cameras', throughout the interior of a 'long forgotten house'. A place believed to be haunted, by several 'entities'. Your eyes and instincts are all that's required to join the experiment. Through vigilant monitoring and evaluation you can delve deeper in to theories and folk lore surrounding the spirit world and paranormal.

With your help, we CAN prove the existence of 'ghosts'.

Our aim?

To capture undeniable data. Proof!, that supernatural phenomena really exists.

We have set up several experiments, throughout the building, including remote séances, trigger objects, EMF, Rune Casting, automatic writing and a Rover Cam, to get deep under the fabric of the chosen location.

These experiments are 'locked door' investigations, meaning no one is able to tamper or disrupt the test. So, anything that occurs is 'proof'. But, it must be logged and identified. Evidence is key to proving this experiment a success.

That's where YOU come in.

Your aim?

To 'Search' for paranormal phenomena.

Your eyes and ears are the most effective ghost-hunting assets. Use them!

Listen out, carefully, for unexplained sounds, peculiar noises, or interference. Some say ghosts dwell in the data feed itself; you just have to know where, and how, to listen.

Stay frosty, paranormal sightings can be brief, 'disappearing' as rapidly as they appear. Do ghosts hide from us, or are they unwilling to be seen? The LIVE footage runs 24/7, ready to capture those fleeting moments, but be quick. Also, manipulate the nite-vision camera views to see more, check every dark corner, using Panning, Zoom and Focus.

Progress, camera to camera, by observing paranormal activity, capturing it and passing the 'Ghost-Hunter Tests'. As you progress, new areas will become available. It is up to you to piece together the history of the location. Understanding what has gone before will determine what you encounter, today.

How

Ghost Watch have developed software highly sensitive to 'change' in the data feed. Constantly scanning the audio/visual feed, the software looks for significant pixel change, or detects frequencies not present during our base line tests.

In other words, the Ghost Watch software can hear and see things you cannot. If the software finds such anomalies, you will be alerted to the location where further analysis is required. By you.

Location

Harwood House was built in 1747, as a country home for Lord Harwood, his wife and young son, Edgar. The Harwood estate was modest, stretching to a few dark wooded hills, deep in the Oxfordshire countryside. A tragedy occurred, in 1749, when Lord Harwood lost his son to scarlet fever. Just weeks later, his wife, Isabella, committed suicide. Reasons? Unknown.

A mixed history then befell Harwood House; it was passed from one owner to another, in quick succession. It would appear no-one wanted to stay, for long. In later years, the house became a hotel, a maternity hospital and eventually, in 1968, a children's home.

When?

Soon. The Ghost Watch experiment will be coming to iOS in three distinct releases via the App Store. The Ghost Watch experiment will be available for both iPhone and iPad.

This will be followed by a full PC and Mac port, for download to your home or work computer.

Other devices are being considered.

Happy Gaming!

Love Boakes and Clark games. So-still to come are Tooth and Claw(been waiting a long time on it),a nd perhaps another one after that in that series, AND the Last Crown, and now a new one coming called Ghost Watch-that is wonderful because it has been SO LONG since the first one from Matt Clark and also from J Boakes!! Am SO looking forward to those games! I also wish there was another spooky/erie game coming from Wm. Fisher III-but think he's working on another game of a different type. drat.

Just added "Ghost Watch" to my list (joining "First Crown" & "Last Crown"). Looks like more ghostly fun from some of our favorite design guys!

Thanks Ana for the good news.
