I got the game downloaded OK, but AVG won't let me run it. It keeps deleting the exe. file as a virus. I turned AVG off to install it and it was Ok, but as soon as I turn it back on it deletes the file again.
For some reason my IP is blocked by the website. I have used a proxy to change my IP but it's extremely slow and it times out when I click on checkout. I haven't managed to checkout yet so I don't know if the code can be used by someone else. I am not sure if that is allowed or not but I can give the code to someone who wants to download the game.
Chief, if possible, can you pick a different name and resend that person my code?

Butcher, Glad you got through.
Connie, Best to turn off your antivirus when you download and start to play. I believe that you can play after installation with the antivirus on later. If any problem - check Glitches forum.
Billy the kid, After doing the Viva Media entry and download, the Viva Media system should automatically send you a serial number in the e-mail (confirmation letter). Please check your junk mail. Thanks.
After you check out they will send you a comformation e-mail. On this e-mail is the serial number. They have what game you purchased, in this case won, and behind it where you can download the game and right under that is the serial number. Just copy that number and use it to activate the game once it has been downloaded and you start the game. At least that is how it was for me. Hope you can figure out what is going on! Good luck.
I emailed the number in the confirmation email. I'm waiting for a reply. As soon as I turn AVG back on it disables the exe. file. If I don't hear from Viva Media, I will try Glitches.
Hi Connie, I have the same virus protection AVG as you do. The same thing was happening to me. I finally put an exception in and it's working fine now. Been playing it for a couple days now. Here's how:
Disable your AVG. Download the game with the Memento exe. While virus protection is still turned off click on your AVG on task bar at bottom of screen. Click on options click on advanced settings scroll down on left to exceptions click on add exception select file click on file click on Browse to find Viva Media, click open click on Memento folder Click on the Memento exe to put file name in Click open click ok on exceptions click ok on advanced settings
