how do you order running eggs for restuarant like waffle house, steak and shake, etc.

If you are talking about a runny yolk that you can dip bread into, I always order mine 'over easy' or 'over medium' (egg is fried on both sides). Also you can get them soft boiled and the yolk will run. "Sunny Side Up" is another term for the runny yolk where they fry the egg only on one side. I love runny yolks with rye bread for dipping.

sunnysides - as long as the white is solid with no liquid that runs when you tilt the plate slightly,the egg is safely heated through and should be safe to eat.if the white isn't cooked , just ask for another. hope that helps...
