are those show real, it is shocking and the people act digusting, i watch them on food network.

Family, most of those shows don't have a script, but they are not real life. They tape many hours of actions and then edit it down to the worst behavior and I believe, encourage bad behavior by folks wanting to get on tv. Of course, that is just my opinion.
