Thank you Ana!!! Good morning everybody. Last night (finally), the sky opened up and we got 2 1/2 inches of rain. Most of it before I got off of work, but when I got home I had no satellite signal at all. My schedule for today was changed and I go in at 10:00 instead of 2:00. I hope you all have a super duper day. joe

Thanks for starting things off, Ana. Hope you have a great day as well. Have a great Thursday, Haroula. Enjoy your day, Gerry. Hope your day goes well, too, Midge. Thanks for the delicious food, Connie. Have fun walking the dog, and enjoy reading in the beautiful weather, Gail. Glad the storms are over for you, Joe, and glad your hours got changed for the better. Have a terrific Thursday. Darlene! For some reason, I've been forgetting to post on my days off lately, but luckily, I remembered today. It looks like the storms Joe had are headed this way, so I'll most likely spend the day inside - practicing singing when it's storming, gaming when it isn't. I finally got a hold of my voice teacher after months of not being able to, and if all goes well, my lessons should resume in June. Looking forward to that. Okay, I'm off to see what else is happening. Have a great Thursday, everyone.

Good morning, I apologize again for lack of formal intro to the day but that's the best I can do from posting in bed. Joe, glad you are okay, I heard there were 7 tornadoes from that storm. Darlene, happy birthday! Have a great day everyone! I have a deadline today and I need to get rolling so you can find me in the corner.

Joe glad you were able to get some much needed rain but sorry the 'net' went out. So glad that you were safe in the storms. They looked a little nasty!! How cool to have the hours change so you don't have to close again tonight!! May work fly and go well. Sell those mowers!!! Haroula have a lovely day! Are your parents still there or have they gone back home now? Gerry thanks for the coffee. Ummmm good! Have a nice day! Midge may work be fun and the time fly for you. Have a lovely day! Gail lovely plans for a lovely day!! Enjoy!! Me and Sassy did our first miler early this morning. Darlene may you have a wonderful day for your birthday!!! Happy Birthday!! The Diner's 'menu' threw me for a moment. Thanks for the Open sign, Ana. Sorry about your storms, Joe, stay safe.
Cool again. Back in long pants, but still T-shirt instead of sweatshirt. Feels good.
Bubba the cat not throwing up with less food given. I don't think I could handle all that cleaning again. ANTS again in kitchen last night. Little dears found another exit from the one I sprayed. Only 1 inch away on the outside of the cabinet. Darn them. Sprayed that too and hope they give up and go home.
Have managed to put flea drops on all but ONE of my brood. 1 Indoorsie (easy) and 6 feral Outdoories. Only have the 'mom' cat, Rags to go and she's avoided me since I put the drops on her last month. I'll wait her out. Putting flea drops on all of them inside and out has managed to kill off fleas wherever they go. Neat idea. Costly but worth it to not have fleas in my house or jumping on me on my deck or in the yard. Hope my neighbor continues my 'routine' with his new guys after I gave him some flea drops. They enter my yard nightly to roam and play. Very very friendly and it's not good. They venture further and further into other yards now. I worry.
Off to walk and then back to 'the trial'. Can't wait till it's finally over.
WARNING! This person is extremely blonde...please type SLOWLY.

Thumping Good Thursday ya'll KISA and I got up bright and early (who even knew there was such a time on the clock?) and took the monkey ones to the park. It was nice and cool, and the sun was up already so I guess it wasn't that early, but though my brain may so that, my body is screaming "What the heck?" Had a great walk and doggies were not overheated. Then got home and cleaned up Skywalker's side. Not sure what is going on there and if it's not substantially better by tomorrow we will be going to the vet. Then went down to get breakfast for us all and got sick sick sick. Tummy was in total revolt. Food looked awful to me (and that does Not happen) and felt light headed and dizzy. Anyway, got the doggies fed and hubby off to work and then took my oatmeal and my coffee and my milk and the doggies and went back to bed. Took me a long time to finish my food but it seemed to help. I dozed for a bit and now feel almost human. Think I'm gonna spice up the books a bit.

Yes, I am Haroula. Thanks for asking. I feel like a human again. I still have big ole knot over my eye. Looks like hubby smacked me. But as long as I don't touch it, it doesn't hurt and my tummy has subsided so life is good again.
Has your day been busy?

Aw Haroula that has to be hard. HUGS! At least you have a few more days to visit with them. L4l glad you are feeling better. I think if I knew I had that spot on my head I would keep testing it to see if it was still hurting. Glad you were able to get the walk in early before the heat set in. Sorta I can only imagine you trying to catch those feral cats to give them drops. Do you have a suit of armor??? Nice you do that though!! Errands run so now to take Sassy out and then find a game to play!! Nan

What did he plant? Or is it more a question of what didn't he plant? Sleep well Haroula Lotus, what is in your garden? I wish we could have a garden. Nothing is more fun that picking your lunch and dinner. Sadly, we have No sun. And even more sadly, the AC bills are so high in the summer that I won't cut any trees to get sun. But I do miss picking fresh tomatoes and watermelons and onions and cucumbers. Such is life Hi ya Quest, how was your day?
