It seems to be okay in terms of their privacy policy but I have no dealing with them personally.

What a wonderful game been a long time since I've played a great game like this one.
Seems like a long on too. Can't pull myself away from it. Keeps going on and on. Graphics are real good.

Hi, Richard!

Thanks for the heads up. I just downloaded the demo and will give it a try. It's actually $13.95, which is 4 cents cheaper than BFG. What a good deal grin !

Hi, Richard!

As Nancy Drew would say ... "I'm stuck!" lol ! I need 2 jesters to activate a puzzle but I only have 1, which I found in the tool bag along with the tweezers. I caught the robot and gave him to the guy, and all of the locations tell me there is nothing more to do there. Where do I find the second jester?

Thanks!

Susan

Your on chapter 1. Give robot to uncle, get Jesyer 2. The robot's name is Jim. Are you sure you gave the robot to uncle? Check your strategy guide #11. Hope this helps Susan.

Hi, Richard!

I did give the robot to the uncle and he asked me to bring him his special tools so he could fix it. If the jesters are labelled as puzzle pieces, I only have one, and I'm sure I found that and the tweezers in the toolbox outside because I can't interact with the toolbox anymore. Every time I click on the uncle, he just asks for his special tools.

I'll see if maybe the item I'm looking for is laying around somewhere, but the "Hint" button doesn't point to anything and the Strategy Guide wasn't really much help.

Susan I went through a lot of the Strategy Guide and couldn't find any where that uncle asks for special tools. Did you click on the robot Jim to give it to uncle?

Hi, Richard!

The uncle is holding the robot and all he keeps saying is "please bring me my special instruments so I can repair Jim". I held the thingy that reads minds up to his head and it showed a picture of what looks like goggles. To get the goggles, I need to solve a puzzle and I only have 1 puzzle piece. I also have tweezers and a compass needle in my inventory. The only things I can interact with are the chest puzzle and the uncle.

Hi, Richard!

You're looking at the right page in the Strategy Guide but, when I gave the robot to the uncle, apparently I didn't get a jester because I only have one and I got that out of the toolbox that's hanging in the tree. I would start over again but I only have 13 minutes left in the demo so I wouldn't have time to get to where I am now.

I think I'd really enjoy the game and would love to buy it but I've obviously done something wrong and am scared I'll do the same thing again and end up being stuck in the same spot.

It's a great game and I don't think you can do anything wrong. I haven't found any places where you can't move on. There is something you have missed. Everything you do is right. I'm stuck on on thing on chapter 6. Don't know what to do but will find out.

Hi, Richard!

I may just take a chance and buy it because I really am stuck. I can't progress any further until I solve the chest puzzle and I can't solve the chest puzzle until I have 2 jesters. If I was supposed to get one from the uncle, that didn't happen and I have no idea why. Every time I click on him or the robot he's holding, all he keeps saying is "please bring me my special instruments so I can repair Jim.". I'm looking for a sock that I can shove in his mouth lol !

Hi, Richard!

I purchased the game and managed to get past the point where I was stuck. I think I must have inadvertently clicked on the uncle before he was finished his little speech and that's why he didn't give me the other puzzle piece.

I'm playing this one too, and really enjoying it. Some of the puzzles, I've had to skip

I don't know what level I'm at, but I left the cable car and have just found a bag to scoop some sand for the time glass.

Where are you in Chapter 6?

thanks again, Richard.

I'm stuck at 126 - supposed to pick up something from the desk, and there's something that looks like a squirrel on the window sill

Can you provide any clues for those?

Your in the same spot I'm in Janice. I can't pick up anything on the desk and a squirrel on the sill. Wrote to Playrix and they said they would get back to me. Will let you know how I made out. This is what I wrote

I bought this game and I can't progress any more.. I'm on chapter 6 #126. I cut the chain and have the bulldogs head in my inventory. Tried to pick up the valve handle and the brush from the table but I can't. Never had any trouble up until now. Hope you can help. Really like this game.
Thanks
Richard

Hi, Richard!

Did you hear back from Playrix because I've finally caught up to you and Janice and am stuck in the same spot? The "Hint" button points to whatever is sitting in the window and the Strategy Guide says to pick up items from the desk, but I can't interact with either Is it possible that all 3 of us didn't let the uncle finish whatever he was saying because that's what got me stuck near the beginning in the demo? I used the Mindscape on the area where the uncle was sitting and a picture popped up to cut his chains, but I have already done that.

I'm in the same boat as you are Susan. They won't do anything in the week end. Have to wait until monday. Why don't you e-mail them. The support is in your e-mail. I let uncle finish what he had to say. All three of us must have the same bug in the game.

Hi, Richard!

I was waiting to see if you had received a response before emailing them myself, so I'll do that right now. It's obviously a glitch if 3 of us are stuck in the same spot, so I hope they are able to fix it.

Hi, Richard!

Here is the email I just sent off:

"I purchased the subject game and have run into a glitch in Chapter 6. Page 126 of the "Strategy Guide" says that I should pick up 2 items from the desk, but I cannot interact with the desk. The "Hint" button circles something sitting in the window, but I am unable to interact with that either. I clicked the "Mindscape" over the area where the uncle was sitting and a picture pops up indicating that I should cut his chains. I have already done that and the bulldog's head is in my inventory.

I have been enjoying the game up to this point, but I cannot proceed any further. Is this a glitch, or is there something else that I need to do first?"

I agree that it's a really good game and also hope they can provide a fix. Otherwise, I'll be asking for a refund.

I wrote to Playrix also ... with essentially the same message

Hope we can get a fix ... I'd rather have the game working (there's a bonus game as well) than a refund

Hi, Janice!

I would also like them to resolve the problem because I would like to finish the game but, if they can't, they should refund our money.

yes, that's what I paid for it ... well, with the exchange it was $11.20. I must have got in there right after they changed the price. A bargain for a great game, and a long one

Now if we could just get the fix so we can finish and go on to the bonus game

This is what I got back.

I am sorry that you experience problems with the game. Unfortunately, I cannot share any ideas with you as the game was developed by our partners and we do not have a guide published. Please, try to replay the level and be attentive to all the quests. Please, let me know what exactly happens when you try to take the handle and the brush? Does the game freeze or crash? Do you receive any error messages?

Feel free to contact me if you have any other questions. Have a good day

Do we replay the game? Should we ask for our money back.
Richard

Hi, Richard!

That's really strange because here is the response I received this morning:

"Thank you for contacting our Support Team. My name is Olga and I am glad to assist you today.

I am sorry that you experience problems with the game. Please send me the screen-shot of the level you experience problems with. What exactly happens when you try to pick up the items? Does the game freeze or crash or just nothing happens?

To make a screen shot, please, do the following:

Run the game and press the Print Screen (PrtScr) button on your keyboard --> stop the program.
Click on Start --> Programs --> Accessories --> Paint --> When the program opens, please, press together
Ctrl button + V on your keyboard or right click anywhere in the space of the program and select Paste -->
You will see the screenshot you just took. Please, save it on your hard drive and attach to your reply.

Feel free to contact me if you have any other questions. Have a good day!"

I've never taken a screenshot before but, when I get a few minutes today, I'll print off the instructions and give it a try.

It has to be a glitch in the game if all 3 of us here who are playing the game ran into the same problem.

Susan

Hi Susan and Richard

if you've both sent screen shots, there's probably no point in my sending another

as you said, if they aren't able to help, we should contact the partners... I don't want to give up yet

Hi, Janice!

It wouldn't hurt for you to send a screen shot as well so they can see for themselves that all 3 of us encountered the same glitch.

I agree, Susan. The more responses Playrix receives, the better. wave

Thanks for the recommendation, Richard. Looks like a really nice game. Can you tell me the difference between the "Normal" and "Expert" game modes. There wasn't an explanation in the Options set-up.

ETA: Didn't read the above comments re: glitch. Phooey! I really wanted to get this game. Guess I'll wait until I see if there's a resolution.

you're right - better to have more screen shots ... I'll do that
Janice

maybe we should be contacting their partners who seem to know about the game ... do you think we can find them? let's try

Hi, Richard!

I'm having a problem capturing a screen shot of the scene that I'm stuck on.

I click on "Print Screen", close the program and open up "Paint". When I click on the clipboard, the screen shot that appears is my desktop.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Susan

This is the reply I got back from Playrix.
Thank you for the screen-shot, I have already sent it onto the developers. Please, note that it will take some time for the developers to find and fix the problem. Hope that the update will be released soon and you will continue enjoying the game.
Richard
Susan did you attach the screen shot to your e-mail.

Hi, Richard!

That's not a very satisfactory response, is it?

I haven't sent them a screen shot yet because I launch the game (which takes me to the scene where we're stuck), click on "Print Screen", close the program and open up "Paint". When I click on the clipboard, the screen shot that appears is my desktop, not the scene in the game.

here's the response I got:

"It seems that this problem is common among many players and our developers are already working on it. I hope that the problem will be resolved soon. I will let you know as soon as the game is updated.
The ticket will be marked as solved in 96 hours. You can always re-open it by replying to this e-mail."

sounds more encouraging ... I'd asked them for the name of the developers and that we'd be asking for a refund

by the way, Susan, I couldn't get a screen-print either

Hi, Richard!

Are you saying you replayed the entire game using a different profile and ran into the same problem?

Would you mind emailing me a screen shot as well because I can't seem to get one myself? If I get the same lame answer from Playrix, I'm asking for a refund because who knows how long it will take the developer to come up with a fix? If 3 of us here are experiencing the same problem, I would imagine everyone else who bought the game is as well.

Hi, Richard!

Thanks very much! I just sent off an email to Playrix and attached the screen-shot, so we'll see what their response is.

I'm also stuck at the same point-can't pick up the valve or the brush. On my screen I also have Aira sitting on the window, and when I click on hint, I need to use the mind reader on her, but nothing happens. She is not in the picture on the guide. I will send an email off to Playrix also.

Edit: I had a reply from Olga at Playrix and she has asked for the game data file. I have sent this off to her. But out of curiousity I looked at the file and found this:

-<scene_34_zoom_table>-<applytooltasks><task available="True" toolname="34_bulldog_head" zonename="zone_apply_head"/></applytooltasks>-<tooltasks><task available="True" zonename="zone_take_brush"/><task available="True" zonename="zone_take_valve"/><task available="False" zonename="zone_find_crystal"/>

This is the scene where the tasks "take brush and valve" should happen but doesn't. Perhaps the developers may see why it's not working.

Hi, Richard!

Here is the response I just received from Playrix:

"Thank you for your reply. Could you, please, send us some game info so that the developers could identify the cause for the problem? To get the info, please, follow the path:

Go to Start Menu --> Control Panel --> Folder Properties --> in the opened window go to tab 'View' -->
Scroll down in the list a little bit --> under the title 'Hidden Files and Folders' select 'Show hidden files and folders' -->
click on the button Apply --> OK.

Then follow the path:

My Computer --> Disk C --> Documents and Settings --> (user name) --> Application Data -->ShamanGS --> NamarielLegends_IronLord_CE --> archive the folder and attach it to your reply."

I can get as far as locating the game folder, but how the heck do I "archive" it? Another question I have is why are they sending each person who experienced the same glitch a different response?

Thanks for your help.

Susan

I have no idea what archive the folder means. Everybody who bought the game must be having the same trouble that were having. Just fix it.

Susie, all you have to do is right click on the folder and select archive. It's very simple and it allows them to use your saved game to experience your issue first hand. Sometimes things are harder to fix especially since not everyone is experiencing the same thing.

Hi, Ana and Richard!

Ana, thanks for the instructions. I'll send Playrix the archived file and see what happens. Actually, if 4 of us here are stuck in exactly the same spot, I would assume that everyone who purchased the game is experiencing the same thing. It's obviously a bug in the game that needs to be fixed.

Richard, ICAM. It seems as though they're just stalling because we are all receiving different responses from Playrix. I'll see what they say after I send them my archived file.

Hi, Richard!

This makes me appreciate BFG's customer service so much more because, by now, we all would have received an apology along with a coupon for a free game. If one person complains, it could be their system. If 4 people (that we know of) complain about the same thing, it's obviously a glitch in the game.

Kjos-we seem to be at the same place, I also couldn't archive the file, I just attached it to an email.
Richard-the file did not contain any saved games, just game data files. I have changed 'values' before in other games to make them work, perhaps this will be the case with this one also?

You cant attach a folder to an email without zipping it or archiving it. It will end up a blank. I don't know why you do not have a "add to archive" option if you are right clicking. Just zip it and send it and it will be okay.

Upsydaisy, most casual games do not have a .sav file. It will be a log file or data image that the save is embedded in.

Hi, Ana!

When I right click on the folder, there is no option to archive it. I have Windows 7 and my path to the folder is:

Users->Susan->AppData->Roaming->ShamanGS->NamarielLegends_IronLord_CE

THat is the correct folder that your saves are in but I you must not have a zip program on your computer because I too have Win7 and I have an archive option.

Hi, Ana!

I checked "Help and Support" and discovered that when I right-click on the folder, I then click on "Send to" and select "Compressed (zipped) folder". I now have a 33KB file that I can attach to my email.

Thanks for your help. It's always nice to learn something new and, if I ever have to zip another file, I'll know how grin !

Reply from Olga this morning, she has sent my files off to the developers. Please note, she says, "it will take sometime for them to come up with a fix". So its going to be a waiting game. cry

Edit: Shaman games on Facebook have asked for a link to this discussion, so have obliged. Perhaps they can speed things along.

I was going to buy this game yesterday, but all of a sudden the price to buy had gone up to over $15.00 Canadian. If the glitch is fixed I may still buy,as it was a fun game. Doreen

Hi, Upsydaisy!

I received the same reply from Olga this morning, so I asked for a refund and will purchase the game again once an update has been released.

It really is too bad this happened because it is an excellent game and I was really enjoying it. Since the problem occurred near the end, we'll have to replay the entire game in order to finish and move on to the bonus game.

Hallo everybody,
I have received the following from Shaman Games:

We specified from our developers that there really was a bug, we fixed it and passed the faultless version of the title to our publisher PlayRIX.
Please contact the PlayRIX to receive faultless version of the game.
We apologize for any inconvenience this bug may have caused.
Regards,
Shaman Games

Looks like its up to Playrix then.
I have downloaded the game again and will play through to the point were the bug is/was has see if it has been fixed. think

Playrix will most likely put up the download for the fixed version ASAP, but if it were me, I would verify first that I was indeed downloading the fixed build. wave

Hi, Upsydaisy

I have not yet received a response from Playrix to my request for a refund, so I'll see if they tell me about the updated version of the game.

Hi, Upsydaisey!

Olga certainly has gone very quiet because I haven't received a response to the email I sent her at 9 o'clock this morning.

Hi, Upsydaisy!

I received a response from Olga this morning (is she the only one who works in Customer Service?) and she assured me that she will send me the update when it's ready and it won't cost me any additional fees (what a relief to hear that grin )! She then offered me a special 50% discount on any other Playrix game to compensate for the inconvenience.

Since we know that Shaman Games Studio has already sent Playrix the updated game and you even sent a copy of their email to Olga, I don't have a lot of confidence in them, so I'm going to once again ask for a refund.

Received from Playrix this morning:

Some changes were made in the game but this bug was not fixed. We continue working on the problem together with the game developers and I hope that pretty soon the update will be released. We will let you know immediately.

They are also selling this game 'special price just this weekend' $5.99 I wonder why!!! lol

Hi, Richard and Upsydaisy!

I responded to Olga, declined her offer of a 50% discount on any other Playrix game and once again requested a refund.

Even if Playrix makes a fix available, I'm gonna wait until the game is available from BFG and buy it from them because I don't like dealing with a company that gives me the runaround.

It speaks volumes about a company that continues to sell a game (even at a reduced price) that they know contains a glitch that prevents players from finishing.

Have either of you heard anything further from Olga because I didn't get a response to my May 31 email?

Thanks!

Susan I haven't heard anything from Olga. I sent a message to Shamangs( bought this game from Playrix about a week ago and there is a glitch in the game in chapter 6. I reported it to Playrix so many times I just get a run-around. I will never buy from them again. I get to one point in the game and I can't progress any more. I really like the game. I talked to Olga. Thanks

It's the weekend, I doubt will you hear anything from her at the moment.

I don't mean to make light of your plight, but they are working on a fix and offered a discount on the next game which more than makes you whole. If it can't be fixed (which I highly doubt) then they would owe you a refund. I don't know of anyplace that so freely offers a credit back like BigFish does and if you are expecting that, it's best to stick with them because that is unique.

I don't think that Playrix is offering bad customer service as I can see they have been conversing with you and letting you know they are working on it. I understand it's frustrating, but sometimes things happen beyond the control of others.

Hi, Ana!

BFG is definitely in a class all by itself, and I certainly don't expect their level of customer service from other companies, although it would be nice grin .

My problem with Playrix is that they have given Richard, Upsydaisy and me different answers to the same problem. If I purchase something and take it back to the store because it doesn't work, I expect to receive a refund. I don't expect to be told that they will let me know when there is a fix for the defective item.

Shaman Game Studios informed Upsydaisy by email that the glitch had been fixed and Playrix now has the updated version, yet Playrix insists that's not the case.

All I know is that I paid $15.73 Cdn. for a game I cannot finish, and I would like a refund.

I'm going to give up on this one

Maybe we'll hear from them, and maybe we won't

It was a good game, and I enjoyed the part of it I played ... moving on now

I don't understand why Playrix is still selling the game while there is a glitch in the game and they know about it. We can't be the only customers that bought the game. Other customers must be having the same trouble as we are having.

Hi, Richard!

If there are 4 of us here who got stuck in exactly the same spot, I'm assuming that nobody who purchased the game has been able to finish it. Playrix should have pulled the game until the glitch has been fixed, but I just went to their website and it's still selling for $13.95.

As Ana mentioned, it is the weekend but, if I haven't heard back by Tuesday morning, I'm going to dispute the charge on my credit card and have my bank reverse it.

Hi, Richard!

I did not know that. Even though I enjoyed the game enough to play it again, I'm not going to take a chance of downloading it a second time only to discover that the glitch has not been fixed.

Susan

Edited to add that I received a response from Olga this morning and my request for a refund is being submitted today, but it will take some time for the refund to be processed. I replied that I assumed it won't take any longer to process my refund than it took to charge my credit card when I purchased the game grin !

Hi, Richard!

I do not have a clue! It looks as though they're saying that the bug has been fixed and there will be an update, but someone made a typo because "cutккутедн" is not in my vocabulary grin !

Hi, Sparkle!

Thanks for the heads up because I completely missed that. I will also wait to see if any technical issues (particularly the one near the end of Chapter 7) are reported. If not, we'll know that the bug has been fixed but Playrix has not advised us.

Susan

Edited to add that I checked the BFG forums and there are numerous posts complaining that they also bought the CE and cannot finish due to the same glitch that we encountered. I have a coupon that expires on Friday, so I'll wait until then to see if anyone is able to finish the game that's being sold by BFG.

Well, maybe this will just add to the ambiguity, but there is a customer review on Big Fish's website now that says it is a review of the completed game, and it doesn't mention any bugs. I'm still waiting to see if someone reports getting stuck towards the end of the game. wave

Hi, Marian!

Thanks for the update. I haven't read the posts on BFG's forum since this morning and, at that time, nobody had finished the game yet, although there were several complaints about the CE.

I think I'll take a chance and use the coupon that expires on Friday to purchase it because, even though I'm disappointed I won't be able to play the bonus game, I do want to finish the main game, which I was unable to do with the CE. Also, I know that if I run into the same glitch, BF Customer Service will make things right.

I was told that Playrix is processing my refund for the CE.

Hi, Richard!

Once the refund hits my credit card, I will delete the CE from my hard drive. I would assume the game I purchase from BFG will install in a different location.

If you download the game again from Playrix and get stuck in the same spot, I would suggest you also request a refund, unless you're willing to wait until the glitch is fixed.

You need to clean off the old data before playing the new one to be sure it works. It's always a good idea. You can save the old data in a folder if you like, but you should then delete the developer folder with that game to get rid of saves and profiles completely.

Hi, Ana!

Thanks for the advice! I might as well delete the game I purchased from Playrix since I can't finish it anyway. I'm crossing my fingers that I won't have the same problem with the one I purchase from BFG.

Just remember that deleting the game leaves behind the folder with the saves and data so do both and you'll be sure to start a clean game.

Hi, Ana!

I used "Uninstall Programs" in the Control Panel and can't find any leftovers. I checked under "Program Files (x86)" as well as "Program Files" and there are no save or data files.

I don't know about Playrix, but saved games in Windows 7 for Big Fish games are found in:

Susan----I bought the game from BFG.Well I deleted the ce everything data.
Kind of hard to explain. I took the data from the old ce and moved it to games 1 and took the new se data and moved it to games 2. Deleted the se data and moved the ce to the new file. Started the game and it worked so I don't have to replay the whole game. Did you understand all of that I don't know if I did. Now when they get the ce fixed than I will move all the data back to the ce. Wow what a job. They got the sc fixed.

Hi everybody, I bought the game from Big Fish with a free game coupon. I have played it through to the end with no bugs at all.
Why have Playrix not notified us about the update. I have written again to Olga and asked for a refund. I can't really be bothered about the extra on the Collectors Edition.
By the way, I didn't uninstall the download from Playrix and having two instalments didn't seem to affect the game from Big Fish. wave

Why do we have to go through all of this.

Wondering if I used all the data from the new se game on the ce. After I got done playing the se will it work. Just a thought.

Marian, the developer folder was hidden and there were 2 other games by that developer that I had purchased from BFG, so I manually deleted the 2 Namariel Legends files that were there.

Upsydaisy, I'm glad you were able to play the game through to the end because I just purchased it from BFG with a coupon as well.

Richard, I uninstalled the CE in the Control Panel and manually deleted the remaining files in the developer's folder. My refund is being processed so I'm not gonna bother with the CE anymore, so there was no point leaving it on my hard drive.

I bought the Namariel CE from Playrix (at $5.99), and got stuck at the same place - Davincino's prison cell in Chapter 8. I see the items on the desk but can't zoom in on it. Like most of you, I also skipped through his dialog - and maybe it's why the desk wasn't active.

The game is too delightful to not finish, so I caved and used a punchcard reward on the SE at BFG. I didn't uninstall the CE. I went ahead and installed the SE too - they are located in 2 different folders so no problem there.

I launched the SE to see if it recognized my CE profile - nope. I was prompted to create a new one. That's expected, so no worries.

Right after creating the new profile, I quit the game and went to the saved data folder (My Documents > AppData > Roaming > ShamanGS).

There were 2 folders:
NamarielLegends_IronLord_CE
NamarielLegends_IronLord

I opened the "NamarielLegends_IronLord_CE" folder and copied the contents there (2 files - myname.xml & app.ini). Then I opened the "NamarielLegends_IronLord" folder and deleted the contents, and pasted the 2 copied files there.

Back to the desktop, I re-launched the SE to check if it now recognized my CE profile. Yes! It did smile I pressed Play and I was back in Davincino's prison cell.

Lo and behold -- there is now a magnifying cursor over the desk! I zoomed in and took the items - a valve handle and a brush! Yeah! Then I exited the game.

Back to the Appdata / Roaming folders, and did the reverse. Copied the SE savefiles and pasted it in the CE savefile folder (overwriting the previous ones).

I re-launched the CE and crossed my fingers... and YES! My game is intact, and I have the valve handle and brush in my inventory. No need to start the game over laugh

EDIT: ok it seems you need to do one more thing on the desk in the SE, before moving back to the CE. blush

I just got this e-mail.
Hello Richard,

This is me again. Great news! I am glad to let you know that we have fixed the problem with the game and it should work correctly now. All you need is to download and install the full updated version using the following link.

LoL! If only I had been more patient, I could have saved a BFG punchcard credit razz

Thanks for the heads-up Richard / kjos! I re-downloaded the Playrix installer, and re-installed the CE.

I can confirm that the glitch has indeed been fixed. I had a backup of the savefile where I was stuck at the desk. I reverted to that profile, and launched the new CE... and Yay! The desk is now zoomable. Good job, Shaman / Playrix!

What they didn't fix though, is the Strategy Guide. It still makes no mention of the the acorn & crystal - which leads me to believe that those were last-minute additions to the gameplay, hence all the trouble with the desk being active / inactive.

BET, Olga from Playrix is still saying that there is a problem (this morning) and she wants me to exchange for another game. I have refused and asked for a refund. I also told her that the game has been fixed. Wonder what she will say???

Upsydaisy, I moved your post to the thread it pertains to. I'd appreciate leaving the BF thread with a glitch-free game not muddied with unrelated issues.

The Playrix version is fixed as I stated in the other thread. Please read the posts entered today above.

I've been playing this game and so far haven't had any problems. I don't know where this problem is located but I'm off the airship, have listened to the wizard, and am now solving things around the wizards' home.

Hi, Richard!

That's great news, and I'm glad you will be able to finish the game, including the bonus chapter. Since I requested a refund, I deleted it from my hard drive and used a punch card coupon to purchase the SE from BFG.

No need for any special instructions, Janice laugh Just uninstall the old version, re-install the new one, and click Play.

They fixed it so we can just resume where we stopped -- no need to fiddle around with savefiles or look inside hidden folders, and no need to replay from the start! laugh
