Hello, fellow Boomers,
I HAVE the original "ANNA" (downloaded from Zodiac). My question is: Would I need a different walkthrough than the original in order to play "Anna-Extended Edition"? I understand that the new game has additional content and more puzzles.
Sandy

I read on the Steam forum that not only did they add more content in the Extended Edition, they changed some of the original puzzles too. I'm sure you'll need a new walkthrough.

Here's a walkthrough on the Steam forum:

And where you can find video walkthroughs:

Thanks so much Lanlynk and Mag. It looks like I'm going to play this one. I enjoyed the original version.
Sandy

I had a pleasant surprise. I had downloaded and played ANNA from ZODIAC. When I re-downloaded it from Zodiac, I iwas able to choose to play the ORIGINAL or to play the EXTENDED version. There was no charge for the upgrade. I almost BOUGHT the Extended version, so I ended up saving a few dollars.

sanford. I too purchased my game from Zodiac so I must ask..... Did you have problems with your saved games disappearing from the original game? I got as far as getting Anna's key and got tired of losing my saved games. I thought the game was bizarre!
I then downloaded the Extended Edition and it is so, so different. It has eight endings, and every time I do something different I see something new. To me, this one is a bit scary! I guess I will be playing this one for a while because I've only seen two of the endings. eek

Hi Terri,
Actually, I didn't choose to play the "original" game after the Zodiac download. I chose to play ANNA EE instead, so I really can't give you an answer to your "savegames" question. Oh, yes, I just remembered that I deleted the game files after I played the "original" game, so I wouldn't have any of the old savegames, anyway. I'm now playing ANNA EE, ad it IS different right at the beginnig of the game, so I am now referring to the Walkthroughs that our fellow Boomer, Lanlynk, supplied in this thread.
THANKS AGAIN, lanlynk
Sandy

Your welcome, Sandy. GameBoomers has provided me with so many walkthroughs in years past, I'm happy to find a few to share in return. wave

When I first downloaded it months ago they only had the original and I kept having problems with the saved game disappearing all at once. I was only wondering if you had the same problem. I don't need any saved games, I'm done with the original.
Have fun,
Terri

Well Terri, have fun with ANNA EE. I know that I am.
Thank goodness for the walkthrough.
