Hi, Upsydaisy!
I received the same reply from Olga this morning, so I asked for a refund and will purchase the game again once an update has been released.
It really is too bad this happened because it is an excellent game and I was really enjoying it. Since the problem occurred near the end, we'll have to replay the entire game in order to finish and move on to the bonus game.

Hallo everybody, I have received the following from Shaman Games: We specified from our developers that there really was a bug, we fixed it and passed the faultless version of the title to our publisher PlayRIX. Please contact the PlayRIX to receive faultless version of the game. We apologize for any inconvenience this bug may have caused. Regards, Shaman Games Looks like its up to Playrix then. I have downloaded the game again and will play through to the point were the bug is/was has see if it has been fixed.

Hi, Upsydaisy! I received a response from Olga this morning (is she the only one who works in Customer Service?) and she assured me that she will send me the update when it's ready and it won't cost me any additional fees (what a relief to hear that  )! She then offered me a special 50% discount on any other Playrix game to compensate for the inconvenience. Since we know that Shaman Games Studio has already sent Playrix the updated game and you even sent a copy of their email to Olga, I don't have a lot of confidence in them, so I'm going to once again ask for a refund. Received from Playrix this morning: Some changes were made in the game but this bug was not fixed. We continue working on the problem together with the game developers and I hope that pretty soon the update will be released. We will let you know immediately. They are also selling this game 'special price just this weekend' $5.99 I wonder why!!!

I responded to Olga, declined her offer of a 50% discount on any other Playrix game and once again requested a refund.
Even if Playrix makes a fix available, I'm gonna wait until the game is available from BFG and buy it from them because I don't like dealing with a company that gives me the runaround.
It speaks volumes about a company that continues to sell a game (even at a reduced price) that they know contains a glitch that prevents players from finishing.

Susan I haven't heard anything from Olga. I sent a message to Shamangs( bought this game from Playrix about a week ago and there is a glitch in the game in chapter 6. I reported it to Playrix so many times I just get a run-around. I will never buy from them again. I get to one point in the game and I can't progress any more. I really like the game. I talked to Olga. Thanks Richard
