Decipher these diner lingo food orders. The lingo isn't used much anymore with some exceptions. Some of these are pretty amusing.

Examples:

two dots and a dash are two eggs and bacon
a cup of mud with yum yum is coffee with sugar

-1. a stack of Vermont / -------- ---- ----- -----
-2. the first lady / s---- ---s
-3. birds in a nest / ---- -- -----
-4. bloodhounds in the hay / --- ---- ---- ----------
-5. Battle Creek in a bowl / ---- ------
-6. Adam and Eve on a raft and wreck 'em / --- --------- ---- -- -----
-7. burn the British / ------- ------- ------
-8. checkerboard / ------
-9. cowboy with spurs / ------- ------ --- -----
-10. hot blonde in sand / ------ ---- ----- --- -----
-11. cops and robbers / ------ --- ------

Thanks, Remi. I heard some diner lingo on a radio commercial this morning that gave me the idea. "Noah's boy and a raft." or a piece of ham with toast. lol
