In the Province of Québec, many will put indian corn as the veggie.
I like it with cremed indian corn. It makes it less dry.
And of course, you make some lines on the potatoes with your fork before you put it in the oven. I little bit of art.
But it does not matter much as I mix everything with ketchup before eating it.
The best part comes when you eat what is left over after mixing it in the frying pan.
