I have put the dolls in the correct order and nothing happens. I even checked the order with the walk through and it's correct. But nothing happens.

Have you read Jake's letter? And have you done the word search puzzle that's based off the letter? wave

Yes I have read Jake's letter. I have done the word puzzle. I sent the photo of the shoes to Bess. I have done the dance steps puzzle. The emergency brake has been pulled by someone.
But when I put the dolls in the order, according to the walk through, nothing happens.

Have you called Bess again in order to get the name of the shoes? wave

Yes and she just says "I'm working on it." I don't know what I missed.

I'm not sure either, of course, about what you may have missed, but another important factor is checking to make sure that you have looked at all the clues in the game for arranging the dolls, to verify that you have seen them all yourself (and not just information that you got through a walkthrough). wave

I have looked at everything. I looked closely at the sampler in Camille's car. I did the pipes behind the grate in her car.
I talked to everyone about everything. I know who pulled the emergency brake (which happened before I even found Lori). I asked Charleena about the name of Jake's engineer and she said she failed at it.
No one will talk now. All Nancy says is "I'll talk to you later." Bess won't even talk.
I don't know what else to do.

To get the dolls arranged - you have to know the the name of Camille's dancing shoes maker. That us the clue.
If you don't know that, the puzzle is not complete.

To get name, you have to send the picture of the shoe label to Bess.
Send another picture to Bess and see what happens. luck

When you danced, did you pick up the tourmaline?

After you arranged the dolls - did you check to see if you can open the drawers?
