I've checked my account at VivaMedia, but no code there. I did receive an email with a code, but as mentioned, it shows "invalid" upon using it. Still haven't gotten an answer to my email to VivaMedia?

Did you copy and paste the code in the email? Did you make sure there was no spaces? So the code I sent you worked to get the game you are just having difficulty activating it?

Copied and pasted the code in the coupon box at VivaMedia when selecting the game to purchase.
Big red letters across the top of the order page saying the code is invalid. Couldn't get to the download page unless I paid for the game. Which means I can't download to even play the game...

Hope this explains my problem.
