I received such good advice recently when successfully deleting a dll error message with Microsoft safety scanner, that once more I need help- this time with the annoying "coupon drop down " ads. Safety scanner did not do the trick this time and neither did anything else that I tried. I would be grateful for any suggestions-- Regards , Petjo

I love SuperAnitSpyware and it may do the trick for you. If it doesn't, try using the free version of Malwarebytes.

One scan with SuperAntiSpyware or Malwarebytes may not get them all. Make sure you are running deep scans and run them more than once until they don't find anything. Also, for good measure, run a scan with your antivirus software.
