L4L, I agree about the movies -my favorites are oldies: Cabaret and The Great Waldo Pepper. Some of the old "B" zombie and vampire movies were good too.

You asked if I had a garden -Nope- the grasshoppers took that away. We have swarms of them. I sure miss the garden though.

Also L4 you are giving me the bread making bug. I used to make all our bread and stopped due to the arthritis but maybe now I can start again.

ShemerBaby has commandeered the bathroom washbowl as his favorite sleeping place thus making the shower my tooth brushing, little washing up, etc place. I wonder how long this will last. Buttercup has to be fed in the back bedroom and commander Buttons must be fed in the garage on the dryer. Lotsa activity here at breakfast time.

Oh goodness, Yankee, your feeding stories are hysterical. You are much nicer than I.

I too stopped making bread...used to make a loaf a day so the kids would smell it as they came in the door. I stopped for a long while but boy am I having fun doing it again. And the best part is, I can pronounce everything in it. lol

If you have a heavy stand mixer, it can knead for you. And I just ran across a loaf that you only knead for 2 seconds. If I can find it again, I'll send the recipe to you. wave

Now what I need to do is experiment with freezing the dough after the first rise. I never had to worry about too much bread when the gang were all here, but with some recipes making 3 or 4 loaves, I want to have the freedom to make them without wasting. wave

Well that was intense! lol We started out doing 4 long city blocks of lunges only, no walking allowed. Then we had to bear crawl a block. That was just to get to the park. Then we alternated workouts until we completed 400 burpees, 300 jumping jacks, 200 mountain climbers, a football field of bear crawls and I carried a lady 30 pounds heavier than me across a football field without letting her down, and another set of bear crawls across a football field and then run a mile back to the gym.

There was no quitting, we worked as a team and if someone stopped, we started over. There were 250 of us and we started over a lot. rotfl It was 85 degrees and a couple guys got sick. Literally. lol

That was crazy fun!

Ana, we gotta work on your definition of the word "fun." rotfl

Andrea, send em to Soot and he can do it. I'd say send it to me, but then I'd just say "Help."

Wish I had been there with you Ana, I would have been in pain, tired, sick, BUT still plodding on. I hate to quit anything I try. Sounds like a load of fun and mega practice for the next apocalypse and zombie invasion.
