Yes, the potion keeps exploding. After trying many times, I've learn to get the hang of everything until adding the last worms before the mint. This is where you are stirring 4x one direction, then two the other, then 3x back the other way again. No matter how carefully I try to do this part, it always explodes at the third stirring. I guess it is down to seconds there or very precise stirring? I checked the WT and it offers no clue as to what the picky part is at that one sequence. I'm so close to finishing the potion! Can anyone help?

Hi Reenie, Here's what MaG says on an older thread: The walkthrough states:
When the potion turns blue for the third time, immediately add the bone worms (top right pink).
So count off when the potion turns blue (the potions turns blue 3 times) as stated by the recipe.
When I did this myself on replay to write the wt (Carla did it for me for the first run through) I believe I added it as soon as I saw it turn blue for the third time.And here are a couple of tips from traveller and Mad, again from an older thread: Are you sure you're adding the right ingredient? It's awfully easy to pick up the wrong one when they practically leap onto your cursor. I blush to admit it but I kept putting in the wrong one (the bone worms on the top right, I think) until I finally noticed the name on them didn't match what Wilbur was saying.
~~~
Provided you are using the correct ingredients, a tip I picked up (also from traveler) was to always start and finish stirring in the same place.
[I chose where the "12" spot is on a clock.]Hope those help you a little! Let us know how you get on.
The skip function is a wondrous thing indeed. If only more games would include it, with conditions as you suggested! Keep us posted.
You don't have to make it public if you prefer not to. Just send the email addy info in a PM to me and I'll send the save. As your profile is at the moment, I'm unable to see the address. Mods and members can only see email addies listed under "Public".
