Every field has its own set of abbreviations. They help keep space to a minimum. For example, a baseball coach uses P, C, 1B, 2B, SS, etc. for the various team positions. For each group below, identify each member and the group to which they all belong.

Some of these are tough! evil

-1. BOT, MET, ZOO, PHY, CHE, ES, GEO, OCE
-2. VEN, CAM, SEQ, AVA, TUN, COR, TAC
-3. TMP, TWOK, TSFS, TVH, TFF, TUC, GEN
-4. HHC (hand holding circle), TIO, DIP, OW, B2B, DAP, SWH
-5. OHP (overhead press), TUT, FSQ, BB, WG, IBP, ROM
-6. OGP (original government packaging), DDO, SMS, RPM, AU, MS
-7. XOM, BAC, AAPL, PFE, GE, NOK, C
-8. TVM, CYA, WIIFM, FOFL, BBL, OIC, BTW
-9. YON (yarn over needle), CC, LC, MB, HDC, CO, WS, RT
-10. CGI, EXT, POV, MOS, OS, BG, VO, SFX
