This is interesting, the twelfth Doctor. Somewhere in the back of my mind I remember Tom Bakers Doctor saying he, the Doctor, could only regenerate twelve times. If my memory is correct then perhaps this is the beginning of the end of Dr Who?? Sure hope I'm wrong, such a hit series should continue as long as possible.

Guybrush addressed the 12 Dr Who's in this thread here.

It may help clarify. It's near the end of that thread.

Fun Fact: in "World War Z" Peter Capaldi played a W.H.O Doctor. smile

As I've grown older, I've found that my memory is not as good as I used to think it was.

It's funny, William Hartnell was 55 years old when he started playing the 'Doctor' and he looked so old, Peter Capaldi is 55 years old and looks 'just right'. Is my age showing???

Just to understand this correctly:

Matt Smith as the 11ht doctor WHO leaves after season 7B or season 8A? or after season 8? The reason I'm asking is because a Danish TV station (DR3) is airing this program, Dr. Who.

And we're into season 7A, and just starting 7B.

As you can tell, we're a little behind in Denmark...with our tv shows, I mean wink

Thanks Ana. It must be artistic license for 12 not to be the magic number anymore.
