This is an UK programme so I am not sure whether anyone can help but I cannot get any joy from local "Help" but hope that maybe the expertise that I have always experienced with the community perhaps will have some advice.
in order to execute "live" events with the above programme , it is necessary to download "Microsoft Silverlight" or un-install and re-install.
I have spent hours doing this numerous times but although I get the programme with established videos , it will not come out with "Live" events.
Sorry if this is a bit of a laboured explanation and I will fully understand if no one knows what I am talking about , but I live in hopes -- regards Petjo

You mean you are trying to stream BT Sports? Do you have a sub for the Live Events? Is it an app you are using or from their website?

Thanks mj2c for your interest---
No, no sub because it is free on my computer from their website, but despite numerous re- installing s , it will not come up "live"-- it is all to do with Silverlight-- it just will not execute- all the "still" vides are fine,
