Hi ya Doc, how ya feeling?
Sassy water is water with slices of cucumbers, lemon, fresh mint, and ginger infused in it. I love it and the ginger and mint help with icky tummy.
I make smoothies from chia seeds, coconut water, almond water, greek yogurt and whatever fruit and veggies I feel like tossing in that day. I like to put oranges and avocadoes every day. I use a lot of grapes and strawberries and blueberries. I was using banana but discovered that they make me a bit sick! We usually put some spinach in there, occassionally kale. And I like pears in there too. We usually have smoothies for breakfast.
