Ive only just started the 2nd part but I really enjoyed the first part. The story and characterisation are surprisingly good I thought. Some nice twists. It's almost cinematic. I imagine if it had been released all in one go it would be rated up with things like Lost Horizon. Suppose it will all depend on how they finish the story. Peter Jackson said the middle part of a trilogy is always the difficult one.
Loc: Arcadia (twin world of Stark)
Thanks flotsam and Jenny. Well, this just reinforces the fact that I was only sent an image when I tried to buy the game the first time was ultimately a good thing. I plan on getting the entire game on GOG when it's released there, and hopefully it will have a much better flow when it's all put together.
Interrogator: [True or false?] All mangoes are golden. Nothing golden is cheap. Conclusion - all mangoes are cheap.
I don't agree with Flotsam at all. Part two was even better than the first one. The change of narrative viewpoint was brilliant and resolved som of the mysteries from the first part in a very clever way. I'd give the game an A and I'm not easily pleased when it comes to adventure games.
